Job Description: INTECH Support Specialist

Company: INTECH Computer Solutions Inc. (MSP)

Location: Saskatoon, SK

Overview:

As a Support Specialist at INTECH, you will be the first point of contact for our clients experiencing technical issues with their IT systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a timely and professional manner, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online ticketing system

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking

  • Perform remote support for clients using remote access tools

  • Document technical issues and solutions in a clear and concise manner

  • Escalate complex issues to higher tier support team as needed

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support

  • Perform repairs on computer equipment (laptops, desktops, servers, etc.)

  • Must be willing and able to travel to provide onsite support

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in a technical support role

  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Experience with remote access tools such as AnyDesk or LogMeIn

  • Experience working with ticketing systems and knowledge management databases

  • A+ or Network+ certification is a plus but not required

  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
