The best! Tallis was patient and thorough in diagnosing my liquid-damaged Macbook Air. He kept me updated continuously for the days that he had my laptop, and explained everything that was going on with it very well. He presented me with a number of options for fixing it, as well as taught me an "at home" technique to keep my laptop alive for a little longer, if I didn't want to do the repairs. This was the kicker for me, as I feel like lots of technicians would not go that extra mile. Super fair pricing, especially compared to other techs that I have been to (and consistent - no surprises!). I would recommend Tallis to everyone!

Tallis is fantastic! I am a university student, and therefore NEED my computer at all times. When my computer quit working in the middle of midterms I tried taking it a few places, with little success. As soon as I found INTECH I felt 100% confident in them, and Tallis understood my urgency and made my computer a priority. I dropped my computer off with Tallis around 4pm and he had it ready for me to pick up the same night at 10pm. For the duration of the time that Tallis had my computer he kept in contact with me and enthusiastically updated me every step of the way, so I never had to stress. Tallis took the time to thoroughly explain the issue to me and walked me through preventative practices for the future.
